At Nourish we're focused on giving you a positive and pain-free movement experience.
Whether in a private, semi-private or group session, you'll receive personalised and hands-on guidance to support real progress in your body.
Together we will help you identify your body's potential, rather than being weighed down by the limitations you already know.
Movements are tailored to you - your body, your ability and your goals. As such, you might find yourself reigned in should you have a tendency to push too hard - helping you to be kind to your body; or indeed encouraged to go that bit further if you are someone who stops short of your full potential.
Whatever your goal, we're here to support you in body, mind and spirit.
Leana Dos Santos
I discovered the Pilates Method using the full range of studio apparatus as a way of managing chronic pain (due to osteo-arthritis) and hyper-tensegrity (due to hypermobility). After years of enduring almost constant lower back and knee pain, I could scarcely believe that there was something I could do to help myself, that didn't involve pill popping. I left my first Pilates 1:1 session feeling empowered and determined - and able to walk better than ever! The Pilates Method is now part of my daily life, and more than likely always will be.
Having always been active in sports and passionate about health & wellness, Nourish - The Body Studio represents a fulfilling career change for me after ~25yrs working in corporate.
Outside of the studio I'm a keen cyclist and dog lover.
